Ignite is a full program 3 day/week program. Each day is different and unique, you will never get
bored.Our excersises and cardio moves are not all typical old traditional methods.
We bring a new innovative technique to bring the most results out. Even if you have been

Day 1 is designed into tri-sets, a series of three excersises you do back to
back. These will involve all your big muscle groups making your body work hard and burn more
calories faster. There is 3 sets of 3 exercise that you complete 3 times seperated with a cardio
more.
Day 2 is built around 4 sets of 2 exercises that you fire off right after one
another,seperating the sets is a cardio move of your choice from a list we provide.
Day 3 Here is where we test your improvements. This is a timed circuit with 9 fast exercises,
where it is you against the clock. Each week you test yourself and each week you try to beat
your previous time. This is a great test of personal improvement. As you move through the
weeks and see the transformation you will be more motivation each time to push that much harder.

The IGNITE Fat Burn Nutrition Plan is a guideline not an actual meal plan. We cannot
measure an individual's accurate calorie intake through the Internet; the only way to get
these measurements is through serious testing.
